About this course
Structural Engineering with Architecture (SEA) is concerned with the planning, design, construction, sustainability, management, energy use, aesthetics and rehabilitation of the built environment. Fields of activity include architectural design, structures, foundations, building technology, urban space and form and architecture. Structural engineers require not only technical skills, but are also concerned with working in, and managing, multidisciplinary design teams. SEA is part of the Civil Engineering degree which is accredited by all of the Civil and Structural profession institutions in the EU.
