About this course

The programme focus will develop your understanding of the concepts of sports medicine and sports science and develop the skills and competences you need to work with professional sports teams, elite performers, recreational athletes and others with musculoskeletal injuries, or in private practice.

The key aims of the programme are to develop you as a Graduate Sports Therapist so that you can:

Practice independently and demonstrate high levels of clinical reasoning, decision making, and evidence-based professional judgement. Apply critical, evidence-based analytical research skills. Use a range of transferable and graduate skills to enable you to engage effectively in lifelong learning and continuing professional development.
