About this course

This course has been designed with expertise from both industry practitioners in scouting and recruitment, as well as academic experts who are active within the sector. Students participating in this course will be introduced to the various facets of scouting and recruitment, through modules focused on the identification, selection, retention, and securing of talent.

The course equips students with the skills and knowledge to identify, acquire the talent and make the pitch in the boardroom to sign the player who you think will be the next big thing.

The course encompasses all that is required to be successful within this field and offer a perspective to the industry that is not only research informed, but is generated from the shared experiences of the experts you will be around.

In addition to numerous partners we work with you will also be taught by recognised professionals within this field, including scouts who have worked at top premier league clubs and at international level across both the male and female game.
