About this course
The degree course offers an alternative pathway to becoming a rural chartered surveyor and agricultural valuer. It is structured to attract individuals committed to joining the profession, including those already working in the field. Its unique delivery over two years will allow you to work within a land agency and attend classes at the delivery site (Plumpton College) one week out of a month.

Many firms are currently looking for student interns with some paid positions available giving you the unique opportunity to train within the field. It will follow a block teaching model where students will attend campus one week in every four. The programme will draw on established practice in teaching professional skills, combining technical sessions focused on developing a sound theoretical grounding with practical exercises to enable learners to apply those skills effectively on behalf of clients. The content will reflect the demands and experiences of combining study with employment.
