- Study all aspects of human behaviour – how we learn, remember, co-ordinate our actions and interact with others.Explore theories behind reasons for cognitive differences between individuals, the history of these theories and the work of their proponents. Understand the biological bases for behaviour, memory, imagination, pain, emotion, perception, sense and everything in-between. Learn how our understanding of the mind has been enhanced by neuropsychology and how study the relationship between cognition, the brain and the rest of the nervous system. Become familiar with the history of social psychology and how thoughts, feelings and behaviour are influenced by environment Get practical experience via a work placement. Our BA in Psychology is BPS accredited, allowing you to continue your studies to become a professional psychologist.
