About this course

Our Psychiatric Pharmacy programme, through both knowledge-based learning as well as professional practice, prepares students for a specialist clinical role in the field of psychiatric pharmacy. The course provides opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills to enable pharmacists to play an active part in the care of people with a range of mental health disorders.

After the Diploma, students may go on to study for a research MSc, conducting relevant research in the specialty in order to inform and improve future practice.
