The programme is delivered entirely through distance learning and consists of core areas of planning and property practice, including plan and policy creation, planning implementation, decision making, development finance, design, governance, and community engagement.

You will focus upon planning for major projects and managing strategic change, with the potential option of also studying a specialist module on leadership and influencing change accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
