About this course

FdA Performing Arts is a performance-based course that aims to provide you with the required skills, knowledge and understanding of acting, dance and singing needed to be successful as a contemporary performer in the performing arts industry. As part of the practical and theoretical exploration of each individual discipline (acting, dancing and singing), you will study a range of genres, styles, techniques and practitioners.

You will take part in exciting masterclasses and workshops with industry professionals. There will be additional opportunities throughout the course to attend theatre trips, masterclasses and field trips to international cities

What’s next? You could secure employment in the industry, working freelance or contracted, or study a top-up degree to gain a full honours degree.
