About this course
This three-year mental health nursing degree combines theory and practice in an innovative way, to focus on the care of people with mental health problems across a wide range of healthcare settings. This course is part of the Nursing and Midwifery subject area which is ranked Top In Wales for course satisfaction and teaching - Guardian League Table 2021.
Successful completion of this Mental Health Nursing degree will allow you entry to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Register as a qualified Mental Health Nurse. Our nursing degrees prepare you for the challenges of modern healthcare through the right mix of knowledge, skills and experience. The theory you learn in the classroom is reinforced by practical learning on campus and work- based learning.
