Why Study Nursing (Blended Learning) Adult BSc(Hons) at University of Huddersfield? You’ll have the opportunity to gain and apply key clinical skills in a safe and controlled environment in our nursing wards, using patient simulators, and by attending occupational health sessions and mandatory training.

On this course, you'll take practice placements across the NHS and healthcare organisations in a setting close to home. Benefit, too, from hearing first-hand experiences from service users and carers, who are part of the Public Partnership Group. You can borrow a clinical skills kit as well, and become part of an online community. Plus, you'll also learn through independent, self-directed study, developing confidence in your self-discipline and organisational skills.

In 2024, the University’s new Daphne Steele Building will open on the site of the National Health Innovation campus. This allows our Adult Nursing BSc students to benefit from specialist clinical teaching facilities and world-leading research facilities.

Following successful completion of this Nursing (Blended Learning) degree course, you could apply to register with the NMC and work as a registered nurse for adults.
