    What you will learn

    Our Neurodiversity Coaching course gives you the opportunity to develop and enact neurodiversity coaching compassionately, ethically and informed by best evidence. This includes understanding how to embed intersectionality into your practice and being aware of multiple marginalised identities.

    You will be exposed to progressive literature in this area which informs best coaching practice. You will also develop your competence and confidence to coach in a neurodiversity context with cognitive/behavioural topics, as well as with emotional and relational issues, within appropriate professional boundaries.

    How you will learn

    On this course we draw on the principles of active learning to offer you case studies, exercises and reflective discussions to ensure safe practice and learning in a supportive peer environment.

    This course is taught via four intensive weekend sessions consisting of lectures, seminars, group discussions and coaching practice on campus. This is complemented by high-quality online study via our virtual learning environment, including collaborative sessions and one-to-one tutorials, video resources, readings and individual learning activities.
