About this course
Students develop advanced knowledge and understanding of the nature, properties and applications of animal cell cultures, stem cells and antibodies, and discover the ways in which genomes are utilised in the detection, study and therapy of disease. Applicants explore the pathogenesis of cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and kidney fibrosis, and examine current topics in macromolecular analysis.
