About this course

This MSc Mechanical Engineering has been designed to help you achieve Chartered Engineer (CEng) status and will develop the technical and non-technical skills needed to succeed in this industry.

The range of modules will enhance the depth of your knowledge, while developing the skills to manage people and projects. You will use state-of-the-art engineering analysis software, and employ appropriate analytical and computer-based techniques.

Additionally, you will gain an awareness of wider issues such as environmental management and safety. Your dissertation will allow you to research a specific topic, based on real issues that organisations face.
