LLM Company Law

A Master of Laws (LLM) in Company Law, offered by The University of Law, is a postgraduate degree designed for law and non-law graduate to enhance your academic legal knowledge. The award-linked module for this programme (Company Law and Compliance) will cover areas such as formation and incorporation, legal personality, directors’ duties, minority shareholder protection mechanisms, shares and insolvency.
