Leadership & Management

Students with a keen interest and/or experience in either business management, marketing, finance and/or human resources who wish to embark on a career in this field or continue their study in order to gain a BA (Hons) in Business.

The course will help you develop leadership and management skills, knowledge and understanding to achieve high performance in the business environment. You’ll also learn skills that will provide you with insights into business operations as well as the opportunities and challenges presented by a global marketplace so that you can create and deliver operational plans that achieve goals and objectives. In addition, you’ll ncrease understanding of the major impacts that digital technologies have upon the business environment, data security and management, and how to effectively use technology in an organisation.
