The Pearson BTEC Leadership and Management for England HND Level 5 is a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ) that has been approved against employer developed standards, also known as occupational standards.

You will develop a wide range of business knowledge, transferable skills and practical skills through research, independent study and workplace scenarios, to prepare you for future management roles that require personal responsibility and decision-making, including operations manager, regional manager, divisional manager, department manager, and specialist managers.

The Leadership and Management HND Level 5 is a two year course. During your first year, you will study a Level 4 HNC. Upon successful completion of the first year, you will then progress on to the second year to study the Level 5 HND.
