This degree course in International Wine Business and management is designed to develop students into industry-ready professionals by providing comprehensive knowledge of the global wine industry, from production to business management. The programme integrates key areas such as marketing, finance, people management, entrepreneurship, management and leadership, and grape growing and winemaking, ensuring a holistic education.

The degree provides graduates with the tools to succeed in a range of roles, including international wine trade, business management, and human resources, with a strong emphasis on people management and leadership, essential for operating in a dynamic, global market​. If you’re looking to work in the wine trade or start your own wine-related business, this degree is your first step. The course will offer a fascinating insight into the UK and international wine trade as well as developing a range of business skills and an in-depth understanding of the principal wines of the world. Topics include sustainability and the visitor economy, wine tourism, people management and business acumen. You will also learn about the foundation of wine production to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge to provide accurate supply chain and financial management advise within the work place.
