Modules such as The Hospitality Business Toolkit and Leadership and Management for Hospitality will be based and implemented within the practical environments, allowing students to see theory put into practice within the fully operational commercial restaurant at the College. You will have directed and structured input from the experienced food and visitor economy team, and opportunities to engage directly with customers and consumers within a commercial setting.
