The HNC in Construction Management can lead to Incorporation or Chartership status with the Chartered Institute of Building and other professional bodies.

Construction Managers direct, organise and co-ordinate resources for the construction and maintenance of building, civil and structural works including residential, industrial, retail and leisure facilities and associated infrastructure.

You will be responsible for the programme, cost, quality and safety of development.

You will attend the University Centre one day per week and will study key areas such as Construction Technology, the Construction Environment and Legal and Statutory Requirements.

You will also be expected to conduct additional directed and independent study during your own time away from college to complete the programme.

This course can also be completed as part of a Higher Apprenticeship. Please indicate at application/interview stage if this is a requirement of your employer.
