At Edinburgh College of Art within the History of Art department we provide a dynamic and supportive research environment for our large and diverse graduate community. What makes us distinct within the History of Art department is our inclusion of global art histories, from Japan and China to the Islamic world and India, in addition to a remarkably wide array of methodologies and period specialisms in more established areas.
