About this course

The History and War Studies degree provides graduates with the knowledge of the issues, themes, debates and developments related to the analysis of history and war. Our graduates are equipped to develop and sustain debates on the strategic, ethical and philosophical uses of war as well as understanding the full historical contexts within which conflict arises. Alongside subject-specific knowledge, you will develop a wide range of key transferable skills including enhanced communication, analytical and technological proficiency.
