Healthcare Professions' Support for England

The Higher National Diploma in Healthcare Professions in England with HTQ status has been developed in conjunction with the NHS and independent sector employers, and education providers who are currently usings HND’s to educate and train their workforce. As a level 5 qualification it meets Health Education England's assistant practitioner framework requirements.

This qualification has been designed for those working as or seeking to become trainee assistant practitioners and, ultimately assistant practitioners in health and social care, and to pursue or advance their career in health care practice or related fields. Once you have studied the level 5 Higher National Diploma, you could develop your careers in health care by entering employment, committing to continuing professional development or going to university.
