Wrth ddilyn y rhaglen hon, cewch ddewis modiwlau er mwyn ennill un o bedair gradd sylfaen, sef:

Bydd rhai dysgwyr yn mynd ymlaen i ddilyn y llwybr BSc mewn Nyrsio.

Mae'r cwrs hefyd y sylfaen gadarn cyn mynd ymlaen i ddilyn cwrs Gradd BA (Anrh), fel y cwrs BA (Anrh) Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol a'r cwrs BA (Anrh) Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol (Polisïau Cymdeithasol), yng Nghrŵp Llandrillo Menai.

Bydd cwblhau rhaglen BA yn llwyddiannus yn ei dro'n agor y drws i ddilyn rhaglenni ôl-radd mewn meysydd fel Gwaith Cymdeithasol, Polisïau Cymdeithasol, Seicoleg ac Addysgu, yn ogystal â'r Dystysgrif Addysg i Raddedigion.

Bydd rhai dysgwyr yn parhau i weithio drwy gydol y rhaglen ac yn symud ymlaen i swyddi rheoli neu arwain, neu i swyddi uwch, yn eu gweithle.
