What you'll learn Through this HR master' s degree you'll: understand the nature and importance of ethical and socially responsible issues in human resource management apply your skills and knowledge to global HR problems through a variety of practical situations. These include case studies, role-play and group exercises learn from internationally renowned researchers and practitioners. They'll share their significant experience and knowledge throughout your course experience conducting an independent HR resource project. You'll choose between a dissertation and practice-based project with input from practitioners prepare for your professional career in human resources. Our module 'The Reflexive Human Resource Practitioner' is dedicated to your personal and professional development
