About this course

This course has been written to provide you with a wide technical background to support a range of careers in manufacturing engineering. Manufacturing Engineers have detailed knowledge of a broad range of general engineering principles and use this to develop and maintain manufacturing processes and systems to ensure high quality production of components and services. Manufacturing Engineers are employed in a wide range of industries including vehicle manufacture, aerospace, transport, healthcare, food and beverage and leisure. The course has a strong technical element that will help you develop the skills you need to succeed. The aims of the course are to:
