Explore your creativity and refine your artistic techniques in a Fine Art course that covers drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and contemporary art practices, while building a strong foundation in visual expression and critical thinking. As a result of completing this pathway, you will have an HNC Fine Art qualification (Level 4), and the opportunity to progress onto and achieve an HND in Fine Art (Level 5). You will learn in a dynamic and creative environment, guided by experienced tutors who are industry professionals. Through a combination of practical workshops, technical demonstrations, and theoretical sessions, students develop their skills while building a professional portfolio of work. Regular critique sessions, guest lectures, and industry visits ensure students are connected to the realities of the creative sector and prepared for their next steps. The course also includes field trips to galleries, exhibitions, and creative hubs and has been shaped by our partners such as Tate Liverpool and National Museums Liverpool.
