About this course
This programme is designed to help you learn to produce video content as an independent producer or integrate as part of an operational work force. You will learn production techniques and apply them in media, multimedia and online environments.
Early modules will focus on how production workflows exist in the contemporary era. You will learn a wide range of production skills that will each contribute to high value video production. This will all be underpinned by appropriate historical and modern contextual research, and developing academic skills. A Careers module during level 6 will prepare students for work in the industry, and associated sectors, including the intelligent use of social media as a freelance practitioner.
