About this course

The BA (Hons) Fashion and Fashion Business award is intended to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills to work in any Fashion business. The learning will prepare students to take up careers in a variety of fashion roles including design, buying, merchandising, sourcing and allocating, sales, and production management, and combines traditional fashion design and making skills with an in-depth understanding of how a Fashion business works from concept to customer. The Fashion Design award is for students whose ambitions lie within the creative side of the fashion industries. The programme equips students with creative risk taking and for those who opt to undertake the business pathway, analytical skills will be taught in relation to the business of fashion. This enables the student to have a much wider understanding of the breadth of job roles within this global industry, gaining complimenting practical and theoretical knowledge within an Industry led, business focused degree. Our students study in a spacious and contemporary studio with fantastic facilities and equipment including digital and 3D printers.
