Engineering Management

MSc Engineering Management at Aberystwyth University is designed to appeal to anyone who wishes to develop their skills and confidence in the management of engineering and technology-based systems. Throughout the programme, you will develop high-level proficiencies in the areas of innovation, analysis, business strategy and management. MSc Engineering Management focuses on building the essential skills and competencies that senior managers require to succeed in this sector, including industrial engineering innovation skills as well as strategic business and management techniques.

You will take modules in quality engineering and management, international strategy and operations, business economics, leadership, project management and product innovation. You will also complete a substantial engineering management report which focuses on providing value-added improvements within companies.
