Key Themes
The course covers a wide range of important topics in Energy and Sustainable Engineering. These range from Sustainable Energy Technologies, including Solar, Wave, Wind and Geothermal sources of power, Thermochemical processes such as pyrolysis and gasification, biorefineries, nuclear energy, district heating and cooling, process simulation and artificial intelligence.
Work Placements
You’ll have the opportunity to go on a work placement for up to 12 months, where you’ll apply academic theory and your skills in a real-world setting.
Live Projects
Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to engage in exciting live projects. These projects will allow you to apply your knowledge and skills to real-world scenarios, working on design challenges and problem-solving tasks.
