About this course

This course is aligned to the occupational standard for a construction quantity surveying technician. Teaching is guided by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), ensuring this qualification addresses sustainability and prepares you for a net-zero future.

The course is approved by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, which is based on the same employer-developed occupational standards as apprenticeships but don't require employment as an apprentice. You can apply to join the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) upon successful completion of the course, signifying to the industry that you are a competent professional who strives for the highest possible standards.
