About this course

Project managers are involved with a project throughout its lifecycle; from early feasibility and design stages, through to construction and handover. The role has a wide range of applications, from the management of new build projects, maintenance and refurbishment, to strategic asset management.

This Construction Project Management degree prepares you for a variety of project management roles in the construction industry. You will develop core project management skills that reflect the needs of the profession, such as programming and planning, project administration, risk management, construction technology, contract practice, health and safety, sustainability, and managing people. The Construction Project Management course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). When you graduate, you’ll have the ability and confidence to begin a graduate career as a project management surveyor and work towards corporate membership of the RICS.
