About this course
Our academically-led and practice informed Construction Law & Dispute Resolution course will provide you with a unique perspective on this fast-moving area of law. Designed to enable practising lawyers, engineers, architects, surveyors and other construction professionals to gain expertise in a range of studies focusing on construction law and dispute resolution.
You will be taught over a series of three-day sessions, which is ideal if you have limited time for study.Construction Law & Dispute Resolution is the longest-established MSc in its field, delivered by The Centre of Construction Law which was founded in 1987. Extensive input from leading professionals, including Professor David Mosey, Professor Renato Nazzini and Jessica Twombley. Staff and students are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds and professions, including lawyers, engineers and surveyors. To encourage dialogue between students and staff from all over the world our intensive weekend modules foster participation by out of town students.
