Business Psychology with Foundation Year

From leadership, team building and motivation, all are important aspects for business to maintain and encourage productivity and further development. You'll learn and critically evaluate the factors that play a key role in fulfilling an efficient and positive environment.

Discover the psychological influences shaping behaviour including biological functions, cognition, individual differences and social development. You will explore the role of scientific evidence in psychological practice, having the opportunity to engage with both qualitative and quantitative research.
