OVERVIEW Standing out in the competitive modern business world demands a creative spark. Businesses need individuals who not only have the core knowledge and skills for the industry, but also the entrepreneurial spirit and ability to innovate – qualities that are all the more important for those who dream of setting up their own business. Whether you want to advance in management positions or start your own company, our Business Enterprise and Entrepreneurship degree will give you the tools you need to succeed.

With small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) a major engine of growth for both the UK and wider global economies, this degree focuses on the formation and growth of new ventures, managing small businesses and the creation and implementation of small business start-ups. It will give you the skills you need to set up your own enterprise or work effectively in small and early-stage business ventures.

Developed in close partnership with industry experts, our course will expand your entrepreneurial mindset, behaviours and competencies as well as enhancing your understanding of core business functions and activities, and how they work together in today’s global digital environment. You will have the chance to create your own business plan and the option of a 48-week paid placement, with opportunities throughout the UK and around the world.
