About this course

This programme combines the study of business and law to prepare for the social, political, environmental and cultural challenges facing contemporary businesses, governments and not-for-profit organisations.

There are important connections between the law, in particular in property rights and contracting, and business practices.

Our programme reflects the global, dynamic climate of contemporary business and management, offering specialist courses in a range of business and legal subjects with the law component grounded in Scots law and the Scots legal system.

You will also be made familiar with the law and legal systems of the other parts of the UK, the European Union and beyond.
