About this course
Architecture with Foundation Year equips students with ways of seeing, developing methods of critical thought, designing projects and creative technical skills to support progression on to the more in-depth study of architecture required over the subsequent three years of the degree. Alongside architecture-specific learning you will gain a broad range of more general university skills, to set students up for success at undergraduate level study across a broad spectrum of subjects. Following on from Foundation Year students will be able to either join the standard three-year architecture degree graduating with the same award or change subject to persue an alternative career and degree pathway.
