- Learn important techniques and skills archaeologists use to engage with the past.Fieldwork opportunities in the UK or abroad; recent examples include excavations of prehistoric settlements in Kazakhstan and environmental archaeology of the Amazon basin. Tailor your degree to your areas of interest, such as exploring specific historical periods of cultures, or examining human bones and artefacts.
